The processing time for dispatching your order is up to 5 business days after payment approval (it may be shipped earlier!). Our products are shipped internationally and directly from the factories of our suppliers located in China, Sweden, and the United States.

As it is an international shipment, the tracking code may take some time to become available for tracking on the postal service website. Please pay close attention when entering the delivery address! It is essential that it is registered correctly so that the delivery can be successfully completed. In case of delivery errors caused by incorrect information, a new shipping fee will be calculated, and the buyer must pay for the second shipment (even if the original shipping was free).

We estimate an average delivery time of 5 to 12 business days. However, this may vary depending on your region and can be shorter or longer. You can check this information by entering your ZIP code on the product pages or in the shopping cart. Deliveries may be delayed in the event of a postal service strike.

Some locations have delivery restrictions, and the package will be held at the nearest post office for pickup within 5 calendar days. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender. A new shipping fee will be calculated, and the buyer will need to pay for the second shipment.

If delivery does not occur within the estimated timeframe, DekorIT will file a claim with the postal service. The response time for such claims is up to 5 business days, although this may take longer if a more detailed evaluation is needed.

The customer acknowledges that from the moment the package is out for delivery, all logistics become the responsibility of the postal service or the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

The delivery time shown in the order is estimated by the system and may change during transit without prior notice. Our DekorIT team is available to file a claim with the carrier, with a response time of up to 7 business days, in case of any issues with your order delivery.

All deliveries are subject to the restrictions and delivery policies of the postal service and carriers.
